What you’ll do:

主要负责中压充气柜产品研发、工程非标气箱设计；负责攻克产品核心技术难题，主导产品的持续迭代与创新，提升关键工艺的技术水准。

充气柜气体绝缘开关设备开发，系列完善及项目管理开关设备电气原理设计，如绝缘、局放、温升等重要性能参数研究分析样机的研制进行监督和指导，参与样机制造，试验负责小批量试制和标准图纸、BOM释放积极参与合理化建议改进及VEVA工作产线和市场维护支持与设计院、用户、供应商进行技术沟通方案优化的协商，指导用户进行产品的选型和使用维护协助商务部前期技术支持、指导ETO重大非标项目设计Qualifications: 本科及以上学历，机械工程、电气工程或自动化相关专业。悉中压元器件产品及相关标准；英语沟通能力强（书面及口语）研究生需具备2年及以上相关工作经验；本科需具备5年及以上相关工作经验。具备独立工作能力及团队协作精神，较强的问题解决能力和创新意识。
