About the Role:The MedscapeLIVE! producer is a key contributor to the overall success of the Live Business Unit. The producer oversees live events both domestically and globally. A key component of the position is the ability to multitask-organize, budget, produce, edit and direct live events.  Producing engaging multimedia events to support medical education at medical conferences, webinars and virtual conferences are the essential skills required for this position.This is a client-facing position, and you’ll frequently collaborate directly with clients and on-site talent. You must be confident in managing pre-production workflows, and comfortable representing the team during high-profile events.We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, brings a proactive mindset to planning, and is fluent in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, vMix, and Zoom. You’ll work with a dynamic team delivering impactful medical education experiences to healthcare professionals worldwide.What You'll Do:Manage multiple projects simultaneously domestically and internationallyProduce and edit videos across all of the Live Business Units verticalsProduce/Direct both live and simulcast webinars and virtual conferencesExpertise in multiple streaming platforms (Zoom, ON24, Engagez, Vimeo,VMix)Oversee and produce the set up of symposiums domestically and globally to ensure all technical requirements are in placeMultitask while working with outside vendors to produce live events and conferences Working knowledge of robotic camera systems utilized at conferences/sympos/video shootsDevelop partnerships and relationships with high-end production companiesWork with senior leadership to promote innovation in the healthcare spaceApply organizational skills for tracking events timelines and budgets, expertise in Excel and Microsoft Suites, Workfront, Smartsheet as well as other organizational toolsWho You Are:Highly organized working well under pressure in fast-paced environmentsWilling to travel at least 40% of time, available to work weekends and off hoursPro-active, not reactive, think of innovative ideas that can be incorporated into eventsStrong team player that takes on challenging projects with a positive attitudeComfortable working with Zoom/Vmix/On24/Vimeo and other streaming platformsA strong communicator who is comfortable working with medical professionals A self-starter who is passionate about producing high quality live events and video productions that support the business and its vision while meeting key engagement metrics.Someone who can adapt to change quickly while working collaboratively with clients and internal business units.Someone with Macgyver skills when in person or virtually to troubleshootDetail-oriented, quality-driven, and energized by producing events that make a meaningful impactQualifications:Experience producing productions at conferences and symposiums in conference centers/hotels and other venuesStreaming experience (Live Stream, Vmix, Vimeo, ON24, Zoom) working on hybrid projects/eventsExcellent organizational and pre production skillsExceptional knowledge of video producing and editing (Adobe Suite)After Effects a plusExperience setting up and directing shoots in studio and on locationExperience setting up and controlling robotic cameras and SLR camerasDemonstrated experience in video production and post production for the webWilling to travel domestically/on occasion globallyExperience producing and editing marketing initiatives and sizzle reels6 + years working in multimedia/live events producing compelling events and content 

 Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000.
