We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to support defence projects that matter. This role suits someone who knows their craft, works confidently with stakeholders, and can balance creativity with structured compliance.
You will play a critical role in supporting the achievement of Northrop Grumman Australia’s strategic objectives by delivering high-quality, compelling visual content that directly contributes to winning Australian defence business. You will also be accountable for:
Design and produce high-impact, compliant visual content for business cases and white papers, future business bids and proposals and capture plans and strategies.Develop short-form and long-form proposals documents that align with defence tender requirements, evaluation criteria and Northrop Grumman Australia branding and corporate standards.Act as a subject matter expert in visual communication including but not limited to technical diagrams, Architecture and process flows, Concept of operations visuals and infographics.Produce high-quality technical figures that emphasise clarity, accuracy, ease of interpretation for non-technical and executive audiences.Design and produce short videos, motion graphics and multimedia assets to support customer engagement and internal communications.What we Offer:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
Qualifications in graphic design, multimedia and/or visual communication or equivalent experience of 7 years.Ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA security clearance at baselineDemonstrated experience as a graphic designer or multimedia designer, with a strong focus on bids, proposals or complex documentation.Ability to interpret and visualise complex technical, engineering and operational content.For more information or a confidential discussion, please contact Taylor.Smith@au.ngc.com
