This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. **What You’ll Do:** Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and perform repairs with a focus on **electrical systems and HVAC equipment** . Assist with the **installation, modification, and troubleshooting of building systems** , particularly those involving electrical and HVAC components. Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials needed, and manage task completion using available systems. Support energy management initiatives by ensuring **HVAC and electrical systems** operate efficiently and effectively. Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety laws, especially in **electrical and mechanical systems** . Report violations to Management. Apply established procedures to solve routine problems, with limited discretion. Perform clearly defined duties and tasks under close supervision and guidance. **What You’ll Need:** + High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with **1–2 years of experience in electrical and HVAC systems** .
