Working alongside our dedicated Facility Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing the operational efficiency of our facilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and essential industry! **A typical day may involve:** + Become the go-to expert for proactive maintenance, ensuring all building systems (mechanical, electrical, and more) function flawlessly. + Diagnose and conquer any issue that arises, from minor glitches to complex problems, and implement effective solutions. + Get hands-on with installations and upgrades, helping to modernize and optimize our facilities. + Take ownership of projects, managing work orders from start to finish, and accurately estimating the resources needed. + Play a key role in optimizing building systems for peak performance and energy savings. + Ensure all installations meet the highest safety standards and building codes, safeguarding our operations. + Report any safety concerns and help maintain a secure and compliant workplace. **Requirements:** + A High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma, plus 1-2 years of relevant experience.
