Due to expansion, we are recruiting for Multi Skilled Operator’s for our permanent days or night shift to join our team at our Nuneaton facility. With the opportunity to gain a forklift licence, you will be maintaining the flow of stock and packaging into our Prepack 1 and Prepack 2 operations.
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, days 6am - 6pm or 4 on 4 off Nights 6pm – 6am
Salary: £30,636.48 - £34,171.44 per annum / £14.02 - £15.64 per hour + site bonus scheme
YOU’LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY…
• Monitoring and recording quality and temperature checks on all inbound stock
• Dispatching our finished good’s products to storage
• Keeping a high standard of H&S and food safety in line with Manufacturing Performance Systems (MPS)
• Identifying continuous improvement opportunities
• Looking to identify and propose cost saving initiatives
