**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Technical Maintenance & Problem Solving:** Tackle complex issues, conduct thorough inspections, and perform preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance. You’ll help identify and eliminate manufacturing constraints and implement lasting solutions.
+ **Health, Safety, & Environment (HSE) Champion:** Prioritize workplace safety by promoting HSE standards, addressing hazards, and ensuring safe practices are always followed.
+ **Resource Coordination:** Collaborate with various departments to manage resources effectively, from tools to specialty machinery, to achieve top-notch results.
+ **Quality Assurance & Documentation:** Ensure the integrity of our processes through quality inspections, documentation, and equipment failure analysis.
+ **Adaptability & Continuous Improvement:** Embrace a dynamic work environment by adapting to change, optimizing processes, and supporting environmental initiatives.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**What We’re Looking For**
+ **Technical Expertise:** Electrically biased with a mechatronic background, strong assembly line maintenance experience, and hands-on skills in troubleshooting and repair.
+ **PLC Knowledge (Preferred):** Experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens, or Mitsubishi PLCs is a plus.
+ **Commitment to Safety:** Familiarity with maintenance safety systems, particularly Lock Out Tag Out procedures, to ensure a safe work environment.
+ **Collaborative Team Player:** Able to build strong partnerships, communicate effectively, and contribute to shared goals.
+ **Desirable Skills:** Experience in software integration, fault-finding, and a drive to continuously learn and grow.
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ **Relevant Experience:** Extensive experience backed by specialized training in multiskilled/mechatronic maintenance.
+ **Hands-On Knowledge:** Practical knowledge of machine tool maintenance and an understanding of safe systems of work.
