**Job Title: Multi-Skilled Construction Tech - Framing, Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall** **Job Description** Aerotek has 10 temporary contract openings for the next 1-2 months in Orange County. We are looking for candidates with Handyman, Renovation, or other main construction trade skills. If you are available for work and ready to start ASAP please apply. **Responsibilities** + Perform basic plumbing tasks, including changing faucets and showerheads. + Conduct basic electrical work, such as installing ceiling fans. + Execute basic carpentry tasks, including installing baseboards and door casings. + Patch holes and replace sections of drywall as needed. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in at least two of the following skills: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall repair. + Experience as a Tech II or III level. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency with hand and power tools such as sawzall, cordless drill or impact, finish nailgun, and grinder. + Willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude. **Why Work Here?** Upon conversion to an employee, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, enhancing your overall work experience and offering stability and security. **Work Environment** Work on-site in Santa Ana, in teams of two, refurbishing vacant apartments. PAY RATE - $22-$24 **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
