Multi Modality Technologist - Registry
Location: Walworth Hospital and Medical CenterPay Range: $33.78-$50.67Benefits Elibible: NoShifts: Various shift openings availableRegistry technologists are scheduled monthly in advance and assigned shifts based on departmental needs. Additional compensation is added to the base rate based on the selected tier. Tier Options:Tier I: 25–48 hours per 4-week scheduleIncludes a combination of weekend, weekday, and call shiftsOne holiday per year+10% added to base rateTier II: 49–72 hours per 4-week scheduleIncludes a combination of weekend, weekday, and call shiftsTwo holidays per year+15% added to base rateTier IV: 73–96 hours per 4-week scheduleIncludes a combination of weekend, weekday, and call shiftsTwo holidays per year+20% added to base rate
Job Duties:
Maintains active status in the modalities in which they practice.Assists the department coordinator by providing clinical leadership, completes projects, advanced level clinical duties and regular assignments as requested.Is competent in all exams performed within the assigned modalities.Corroborates patient clinical history with procedure, ensuring information is documented and available for use by the radiologist.Prepares the patient for procedures, providing instructions to obtain desired results, gain cooperation, and minimize anxiety.Selects and operates imaging equipment, image capture devices, and accessories to successfully perform procedures.Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited radiography programARRT Radiography registration requiredARRT Computed Tomography registration preferred (or must be obtained within one years of hire)IEMA-DNS radiography accreditation required if working in IllinoisWI-DSPS radiographer license required if working in WisconsinApproved CPR or BLS certification required within 90 days of hireBenefits
