Multi-Family Internet Account Executive
**Overview** CORT is seeking a full-time, enthusiastic Multi-Family Internet Account Executive (IAE). This is a fully remote position. The Multi-Family IAE is responsible for delivering an exceptional CORT experience with every customer interaction. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a strong focus on listening to customers and providing solutions that meet their needs. Our ideal candidate is sales‑focused and results‑oriented, with a strong emphasis on supporting Property Referrals, PropTech leads, and Cases. This individual must be able to navigate information across a variety of tools on a daily basis, work efficiently with technology platforms, and engage directly with customers through multiple communication channels. This is a full-time, remote role performed from the convenience of your home office. CORT will provide all necessary equipment, along with a monthly phone and internet stipend. **Only candidates located in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones will be considered for this role.** **Pay:** $22 / hour. This position is also eligible for CORT's Performance Sharing Plan (PSP) bonus plan. **Schedule:** Standard hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time; however, schedules may vary based on business needs. Also utilize Outlook, Internet Explorer and Word as required. Proficiency in navigating the Internet to assist customers is essential. + Meet Productivity Goals and Standards While Working with the Internet Customers – Tasked with greeting all new customers daily and within time guidelines as well as responding to any customer’s replies within 24 hours. Follow up dates are to be achieved to keep multiple customers moving through sales cycles. + Communication with Customers – Professional communications with customers to uncover and fulfill their needs, and to provide friendly and empathetic guidance and support during the relocation process. + Inter-company Communication – Communicate daily productivity and any customer service situations that need to be resolved in a timely manner to their Manager. + Communication with all company employees must be professionally executed following phone and email etiquette guidelines. + Work independently/Manage the Home Office – Tasked with creating a routine and disciplines that will allow the work to be completed efficiently and within deadlines.
