**Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for a 1st shift position. The technician will be responsible for performing preventative and reactive mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs on a variety of equipment, including CNC Mills, bar feeders, turrets, Fanuc robots, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, bearings, sensors, pumps, and valves. The role involves conducting PM work such as lubing, greasing, changing coolants, filters, and small parts, as well as running and installing wiring for new equipment and troubleshooting electrical errors up to 480v 3-phase. The ability to read manuals, blueprints, and basic schematics is essential. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative and reactive mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and repairs. + Conduct maintenance on equipment including CNC Mills, bar feeders, turrets, Fanuc robots, and more. + Perform PM work such as lubing, greasing, and changing coolants, filters, and small parts. + Run and install wiring for new equipment and troubleshoot electrical errors up to 480v 3-phase. + Read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics. **Essential Skills** + 3-5+ years of industrial multi-craft maintenance experience. + Strong mechanical troubleshooting aptitude with hydraulics, pneumatics, and motors. + 2-3+ years experience working with 480v 3-phase electrical systems. + 2+ years experience troubleshooting CNC machinery. + Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics. + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Own tools/toolbox. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience troubleshooting automated equipment. + Welding and fabrication experience. + Bilingual in English and Spanish. + Previous experience as a CNC Operator/Programmer. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elkhart, IN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
