**Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician performs highly diversified duties, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines, equipment, and plant facilities. This role includes scheduled, unscheduled, or emergency repairs and involves performing regular preventive maintenance while maintaining supporting documentation.
Openings on all shifts - training will be conducted on 1st shift for about a month
1st Shift: Mon-Fri 6am - 2pm
2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 2pm - 10pm
3rd Shift: Sun-Thur OR Tue-Sat 10pm - 6am
**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct maintenance according to skill level and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
+ Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance tasks.
+ Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make necessary adjustments.
+ Detect faulty operations or defective materials and report unusual situations to the facility maintenance manager.
+ Utilize Microsoft Office to order and schedule parts and jobs.
+ Perform work safely and use Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) at all times.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in industrial maintenance, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, repair, and troubleshooting.
+ Experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
+ Knowledge of ovens, conveyors, and food manufacturing.
+ Ability to perform preventive and electrical maintenance.
+ Competency in reading schematics, blueprints, and performing PLC troubleshooting.
+ Completed or in progress of a 2-year trades degree or 4 years of plant maintenance experience.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Must be 18 years of age.
+ Proficiency in English, with bilingual capabilities being a plus.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to communicate and take direction effectively from management and communicate with line workers, leads, supervisors, and plant manager.
+ Attention to detail and legible record-keeping and data entry skills.
+ Highly motivated, flexible, with creative problem-solving abilities.
+ Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Skills in welding and fabrication.
+ Understanding of 3 Phase electrical, tree phase motor controls, and troubleshooting AC & DC drives.
**Work Environment**
Work in a food manufacturing environment with open shifts available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $73000.00 - $87360.00/yr.
