The Maintenance Technician is tasked with participating in the Total and Preventive Maintenance (TPM) for all equipment and facilities. Success in this role requires experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the Total and Preventive Maintenance (TPM) for all equipment and facilities.Utilize electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics knowledge to ensure smooth operations.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLCs, including Allen Bradley and Siemens.Conduct electrical maintenance and troubleshoot electrical systems using schematics.Maintain and repair robotics, including Fanuc and ABB.Address mold and molding equipment issues promptly.Essential SkillsExperience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems.Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining PLCs, including Allen Bradley and Siemens.Ability to conduct preventive maintenance and handle industrial maintenance tasks.Familiarity with robots, such as Fanuc and ABB.Additional Skills & QualificationsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and on weekends.Willingness to take initiative and complete necessary tasks.Experience with mold and molding equipment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The manufacturing environment is climate-controlled to ensure comfort. The role primarily operates on the 3rd shift from 10pm to 6:30am, Sunday through Thursday, with additional hours as needed based on volume. The potential exists for consistent 6-7 day work weeks. A shift differential of $.50 is offered for the 3rd shift, and $.25 for the 2nd shift. Work involves 70% electrical tasks and 30% mechanical tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
