Multi Craft Maintenance Technician

**Job Description:**
We are seeking an industrial maintenance mechanic to support a busy manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will enjoy troubleshooting, working independently, and possess strong technical skills. This role may specialize in one or more of the following areas: mechanical, electrical, electronics, HVAC, and hydraulics, but should have general knowledge in all.
**Responsibilities**
+ Diagnose the cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
+ May set up and operate lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.
+ Apply basic electrical knowledge to test electrical equipment to determine causes for malfunction such as motor control devices, switch panels, transformers.
+ Conduct troubleshooting, including PLC troubleshooting.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shelbyville, KY.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $26.50 - $31.00/hr.
