**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Multicraft Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team at a food-grade, non-food manufacturing plant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and troubleshooting a wide variety of machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment including: + Heating elements, rollers, cutters, motors, and cranes + Automation systems and PLCs (Siemens preferred) + Pneumatic and hydraulic systems + Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues independently from start to finish + Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals + Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure safety + Work in physically demanding environments, including hot areas (up to 125°F), tight spaces, and elevated platforms + Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors **Top Skills & Qualifications:** + Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills + Experience with industrial maintenance, preventive maintenance, and machine repair + Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, 3-phase systems, and automation + Ability to read schematics and perform PLC troubleshooting + Welding experience is a plus (not required) + Must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule **Preferred Experience:** + Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting + Experience working with Siemens PLCs and automated systems + Knowledge of HVAC systems and computer-based diagnostics **Why Join Us?** + Opportunity to work in a clean, food-grade facility + Be part of a skilled and supportive maintenance team + Competitive pay and benefits + Long-term career growth potential **Position Type** Permeant Position **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $64480.00/yr.
