Job Description
We are seeking skilled maintenance technicians for our Spring Hill facility. You will be responsible for the corrective and preventative maintenance of machinery, systems, and some facilities maintenance. The role involves working on industrial equipment, primarily conveyors, Fanuc robots, and PLCs.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical components of conveyors, carriers, lift assists, and automated tooling.Replace or repair motors, bearings, belts, couplings, and mechanical fixtures.Perform equipment alignments and calibrations.Read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder logic.Troubleshoot and repair low-voltage and high-voltage systems.Identify and replace fuses, relays, sensors, solenoids, and wiring.Safely isolate equipment using Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.Navigate HMI panels for basic troubleshooting and resets.Understand fault codes and interpret alarms.Work with PLC-controlled equipment to support production.Possess basic knowledge of robotic cells and understand robotic safety protocols.Support robot-based bonding, dispensing, or welding applications.Execute and document preventive maintenance routines.Recognize early signs of equipment wear or failure.Use predictive tools such as vibration monitoring or thermal scans.Proficiently use OPTIMAP, POMS, or similar CMMS tools.Update maintenance logs, part usage, and task completion records.Maintain documentation for audits and traceability.Use hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and torque wrenches proficiently.Handle basic facility tasks such as dock doors, compressed air systems, and equipment anchoring.Use structured troubleshooting methods under time pressure and analyze issues with limited information.Communicate effectively with team leads and engineers.Essential Skills
Experience with automation, robotics, PLC troubleshooting, and schematic interpretation.Knowledge of highly automated plants, Fanuc robots, Siemens systems, and control systems.Skills in pneumatics, conveyor systems, electrical troubleshooting, and industrial maintenance.Ability to read blueprints.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with OPTIMAP, POMS, MPulse, Fiix, or UpKeep CMMS tools.Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a new facility with brand new equipment. This plant represents a significant investment for the company and is expected to grow. The facility is non-climate controlled. We are hiring for one candidate on the 1st shift and one on the 2nd shift.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.
