Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Multi Craft Maintenance Technicians to join our dynamic Manufacturing and Automation teams. Your role will involve troubleshooting and maintaining a range of equipment to ensure seamless production operations.
ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and maintain electrical, mechanical, and production packaging equipment.Maintain robotic and electrical PLC equipment, primarily Fanuc, with a focus on controls, drives, and various electrical systems ranging from 24V to 480V.Perform Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting, including logging in with a laptop to troubleshoot, edit, and occasionally program.Conduct mechanical maintenance on equipment such as weigh scales, conveyors, motors, and pneumatic lines.Perform daily maintenance logs and document downtime and repairs.Carry out preventative maintenance for robotic equipment and mechanical machinery.Provide recommendations for tooling or machinery improvements.Essential SkillsProficiency in Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting.Experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance.Skills in robotics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.Ability to read and interpret schematics.Strong troubleshooting abilities in PLCs and VFDs.Additional Skills & Qualifications2 - 4 years of previous manufacturing maintenance experience or a combination of schooling and hands-on experience.High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical schooling preferred.Robotic troubleshooting experience is strongly preferred.Capability to perform both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
You will work in a clean, temperature-controlled, well-lit manufacturing facility that can be loud in some areas. Hearing protection is provided, and a strict dress code is enforced, including steel-toe shoes and possibly hair nets or beard nets. The team works on a 2-2-3 shift schedule, with occasional Saturday work required during training. We foster a collaborative culture where team members are encouraged to assist each other as needed. Our policies ensure a healthy work-life balance, with no more than 60 hours of work per week and never working 7 days straight.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $79040.00/yr.
