**Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team at a manufacturing plant specializing in aluminum coil processing. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of industrial equipment including large presses, extruders, benders, conveyors, and hydraulic systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on industrial machinery.
+ Troubleshoot and repair equipment including presses, extruders, benders, conveyors, and hydraulic systems.
+ Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
+ Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment is running efficiently.
+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
+ Adhere to safety protocols and plant procedures.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
+ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
+ Experience with hydraulic systems and large-scale industrial equipment.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Technical schooling or certifications in maintenance or electrical work are a plus, but not required.
+ Ability to work a 2-2-3 day shift schedule (12-hour shifts).

**Work Environment**
Work on a day shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 2-2-3 rotation. The environment is a manufacturing plant focused on aluminum coil processing, featuring advanced industrial equipment. Safety protocols and plant procedures are strictly followed to ensure a secure and efficient workspace.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Decatur, Alabama.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $62400.00/yr.
