**Job Title: Multi Craft Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a metal stamping facility. The role involves reactive and preventative maintenance on CNC Mills/Lathes, stamping presses, heat treat furnaces, feeders, decoilers, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, motor controls, bearings, flywheels, clutches, and sprockets. You will also interpret in-depth blueprints and schematics, troubleshoot 480v 3-phase electrical systems, and more. **Responsibilities** + Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on CNC Mills/Lathes, stamping presses, and heat treat furnaces. + Maintain feeders, decoilers, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, motor controls, bearings, flywheels, clutches, and sprockets. + Interpret in-depth blueprints and schematics. + Troubleshoot 480v 3-phase electrical systems. + Handle facility maintenance tasks including plumbing, hydraulic hose lines, and installing new air lines and 110v outlets. + Operate comfortably with heights using scissor lifts and stand-up forklifts. + Engage in PLC troubleshooting and demonstrate ability to lift up to 50 pounds. + Work independently with minimal supervision on 2nd shift and be on call as needed. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience. + 2+ years of electrical troubleshooting experience with 480v 3-phase systems. + Facility maintenance experience, including plumbing and hydraulic systems. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, hydraulic prints, and schematics. + Ownership of personal tools and a locking toolbox. + Comfortable working at heights and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
