**Job Title: Multi Craft Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** As a Multi Craft Maintenance Technician, you will perform all aspects of reactive maintenance within a manufacturing facility, ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment. **Responsibilities** + Perform reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment. + Troubleshoot and repair drives, servo drives, sensors, variable frequency drives, photo eyes, 480V motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and gear boxes. + Read and interpret ladder logic for effective troubleshooting. + Connect laptops to troubleshoot and program PLCs, specifically Mitsubishi PLCs. + Conduct electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks. + Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. + Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming. + Ability to read schematics and blueprints. + Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices. + Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Welding and fabrication skills. + Experience with CNC and production equipment. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. **Work Environment** This position offers openings on both 2nd and 3rd shifts. The 2nd shift runs from 2:15pm to 10:30pm Monday to Friday, with required overtime every other weekend.
