**Maintenance Technician** $29-$36 (Depends on experience) Direct Hire **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated Maintenance Technicians for our 2nd and 3rd shifts. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse equipment, enhancing your skillset in a machining shop and manufacturing area. **Responsibilities** + Work on CNC machines, combustion heaters, press lines, and various machines. + Perform reactive maintenance and train on 1st shift for the first 4-8 weeks. + Execute all types of maintenance activities related to mechanical, electrical, and programming work. + Conduct retrofitting activities, new machine setups, and overhauls as per company guidelines. + Implement approved machine improvements as assigned by the supervisor. + Conduct periodic examinations on machines and provide feedback on any abnormalities. + Escalate safety-related issues to the supervisor and department manager immediately. + Assist the supervisor in root cause analysis of problems. + Support production during startup activities after maintenance completion. + Follow and implement 5S rules as per company standards in designated areas. **Essential Skills** + Expertise in maintenance activities, including electrical, troubleshooting, and PLC troubleshooting. + Experience with CNC machines, combustion heaters, press lines, and forging machines. + Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and programming activities. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $74880.00/yr. -Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance -Retirement Plan -Company Paid Holidays -80 hours of Vacation Time 40 hours of Sick Time **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Grove City,OH. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Jul 4, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
