**Job Title: Multi Craft Maintenance Technician - Night Shift - $30-$36/hr** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Multi Craft Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance on production machines and facility equipment. This role involves mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair. You will work with PLCs, handle electricity up to 480v, and ensure efficient production line operations. **Responsibilities** + Perform routine maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. + Troubleshoot, maintain, modify, and repair PLCs, focusing on Allen Bradley & Siemens models. + Handle electricity up to 480v safely and efficiently. + Adjust film tension as needed to improve machine performance. + Maintain production line operations by quickly addressing issues. + Provide emergency and scheduled repairs on production equipment. + Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines and plant facilities. + Utilize hand and power tools, volt meters, and material handling equipment. + Analyze, troubleshoot, and replace electrical AC/DC controls and power distribution systems. + Work from technical drawings, blueprints, and other related documents. + Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs. + Maintain and troubleshoot baking machinery and equipment. + Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment using precision measurement tools. + Interpret schematics and equipment manuals for troubleshooting. + Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to enhance equipment reliability. + Repair, install, and program variable frequency drives (VFDs). + Work within the CMMS (FIX) system for maintenance management. **Essential Skills** + Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting + PLC troubleshooting + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics + Hydraulics and pneumatics expertise + Experience with preventive and industrial maintenance + Proficiency in HVAC, welding, automation, and maintenance repair **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in industrial maintenance + Familiarity with schematic and service systems + Skilled in programmable logic control (PLC) **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $77875.00/yr. medical dental vision PTO 401k **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Liberty,SC. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Jul 1, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
