**Job Title:** Multi-Craft Journeyman **Location:** Appleton, WI **Pay Range:** $38.94 – $40.19 per hour (Hourly) **Work Schedule:** + First 6 months: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday + After 6 months: Rotating 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) What’s the Job? + Install, assemble, repair, maintain, troubleshoot, and dismantle mechanical systems and machinery using technical diagrams and tools. + Apply preventative and predictive maintenance techniques to resolve equipment issues. + Collaborate with engineers, designers, operations teams, and external partners to improve system performance. + Ensure safety and compliance by maintaining a clean work environment and using appropriate PPE. + Document maintenance activities to meet industry and company standards. **What’s Needed?** + 4-year apprenticeship (Millwright or Pipefitter) and industrial journeyman’s card (Required) + Dual trade (Millwright & Pipefitter) journeyman’s card preferred + 5+ years of experience as a certified Millwright or Pipefitter + Willingness to pursue continued education or on-the-job training to become dual trade certified + Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical diagrams and specifications **What’s in it for me?** + Competitive hourly pay with double time for Sunday hours + Opportunities for career development and continuous learning + Supportive team environment with mentorship and collaboration + Stable, long-term employment in a fulfilling role + Hands-on work contributing to seamless manufacturing operations If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
