**Responsibilities**
+ Own and lead **program and portfolio-level delivery** , including communication, quality, risk, change management, and governance strategies across multiple engagements.
+ Provide **executive-level oversight** for large, complex digital programs from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.
+ Establish and enforce **delivery governance models** , ensuring adherence to project lifecycle standards, quality benchmarks, and compliance requirements.
+ Oversee the creation and approval of **program plans, financial forecasts, delivery roadmaps, and executive-level documentation** , securing stakeholder and business sign-off.
+ Drive **end-to-end financial accountability** , including budgets, margins, revenue forecasting, and contracted deliverables across multiple projects or programs.
+ Proactively manage **delivery risks, dependencies, and escalations** , ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.
+ Lead and mentor **project and delivery managers** , building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and client focus.
+ Facilitate **executive steering committees and governance forums** , providing clear visibility into delivery status, risks, and strategic decisions.
+ Define, standardize, and continuously improve **delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices** to enable scalable and repeatable execution.
+ Serve as the **senior delivery authority and thought leader** on engagements, driving innovation, solution quality, and measurable business outcomes.
+ Build and sustain **trusted advisor relationships** with senior client stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions and long-term roadmaps.
+ Partner with sales and leadership to **identify, shape, and support business development opportunities** , including RFP responses, solutioning, and account growth.
+ Ensure achievement of **operational, financial, and customer satisfaction metrics** across the portfolio.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Extensive **consulting and client-facing delivery leadership experience** , preferably in large-scale digital transformation programs.
+ Proven experience delivering within one or more industries: **Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare** , or related regulated environments.
+ Strong executive presence with the ability to influence **senior stakeholders** .
+ High travel tolerance, including domestic and international engagements as required.
+ **PMP certification required** ; PgMP or equivalent program management certification strongly preferred.
**Preferred Experience**
+ Experience leading **multi-million-dollar programs and portfolios** with distributed and global delivery teams.
+ Strong financial acumen with experience managing **P&L, margins, and revenue forecasting** .
+ Exceptional **written, verbal, and executive communication skills** , including the ability to translate complex delivery issues into business-focused insights.
+ Experience driving **digital transformation initiatives** (cloud, data, integration, modernization, or platform programs).
Prior experience in a **people management or practice leadership role** is highly desirable.
