Remediation, Reclamation, and Real Estate is responsible for a closed site in Montana that historically produced elemental phosphorus. A remediation option for one of the materials left on-site (clarifier material containing phosphorus) will use Mud Still technology to recover elemental phosphorus. The mud still is a batch process that will heat the clarifier material under pressure to the point where phosphorus is driven off as a vapor and then condensed into a marketable P4 product **We count on you for:** + We are looking for several operators for a rotating 12-hour shift schedule. + Operators will need to be able to work both 7a-7p shift or 7p-7a shift (dupont scheduling). + Responsibilities for this position include all aspects of operating and maintaining the process equipment needed to operate a Mud Still. Equipment includes: Mud Still Furnace, Centrifugal Pumps, Boiler, Air Compressor, Vent Gas Treatment System, Hot Water Systems, Forklift, Excavator + The Mud Still is a batch process, however, the process will operate on a continuous basis. 12 hour shifts will be needed for operation. **You can count on us for:** + Long-lasting excellent customer relations, self-dependent working, and a variety of tasks in one of the world’s leading chemical companies. + Excellent training & development possibilities.
