Inviting applications for the role of [Management Trainee], [Record to Report]
In this role, Independently manages assigned RTR activities, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance. Acts as a subject matter expert for junior team members and contributes to process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
•Navision required but not must.
•Proficiency in Excel is required.
•Working knowledge of all other Microsoft office products is preferred.
•Detail oriented.
•Excellent interpersonal skills.
•Time Management
•Problem solving skills and abilities.
•Ability to work independently.
•Ability to reconcile accounts, troubleshoot and research effectively.
•Ability to organize and express ideas clearly, concisely and accurately, verbally and in writing.
•Possess strong sense of urgency (makes it happen).
•Maintain records in a logical, user-friendly system.
•Ability to identify what needs to be done and proactively execute
•Ability to be assertive and to work unsupervised.
•Minimal Travel Required (1 - 2 x per year) .

Qualifications we seek in you
•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting /finance preferred or equivalent experience..
•Experience in retail finance field.
•General ledger experience.
•Experience with account reconciliation.
•Inventory control, planning and allocation or accounting.
