Overview
Job Purpose
The Client Dedicated Cash and Corporate Accounting Consultant role is a senior individual contributor role focused on providing subject matter expertise on Mortgage and Consumer Servicing Cash and Corporate Accounting functions across the ICE Mortgage Technology Solutions. This position will be responsible for impact analysis, knowledge transfer, business reviews, internal and external reporting, and program management of engagements impacting the assigned functional area.
Responsibilities
Works within a team on Cash and Corporate Accounting business consulting projects to meet specific client requirementsExpertly configures, research and documents client needs related to the assigned functionDefines product scope, objectives, and requirements. Defines specifications and data models for product development and testingProvides recommendations on best practices and changes in technology accordinglyDevises and/or modifies processes and procedures to achieve greater efficiencies and to solve the most complex business process problemsConducts a variety of tests such as system, integration, readiness, and acceptance tests. Conducts tests using client data to be certain client needs will be metConsults directly with the client and may travel to the client siteActs as team leader for consulting projects, leading sub-plans, or small projects. May mentor, guide, advise, and/or check the work of less experienced ConsultantsMay play a key role in the training of client and technical support personnel on enhancements, new analytics, or proceduresPerforms other related duties as assignedKnowledge and Experience
Minimum of five years prior relevant work experienceFamiliarity with ICE Mortgage Technology products and servicesIn-depth knowledge of Mortgage and Consumer Cash and Corporate Accounting operations and related ICE Mortgage Technology MSP productFamiliarity with Payment Services integrations (i.e., Lockbox, Digital Banking, ACH) preferredExcellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clientsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to all levels (e.g. executives, managers, individual contributors)Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition Ability to estimate work effort for configurations and ensure successful project completion
