Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive. **Key Responsibilities** + Provide first-level support for Linux-based systems and applications + Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, and escalate issues as needed + Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related problems + Support deployment and configuration of Linux servers and tools + Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures + Collaborate with senior engineers and application teams to ensure system stability + Participate in shift rotations, including potential midnight shifts for coverage + Be available for onsite support at Taiwan 101 when required **Required Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with Linux operating systems (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) + Basic understanding of system administration tasks (e.g., file systems, user management, logs) + Willingness to learn financial services operations and application support workflows + Strong problem-solving and communication skills + Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment + Flexibility to work non-standard hours when needed + English communication.
