About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and dependable MRO Technician to support maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations for electrical and mechanical components. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety in a production environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance, repair, and overhaul on electrical and mechanical componentsTroubleshoot issues and perform diagnostic testingDisassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble parts according to specificationsUse hand tools, testing equipment, and precision instrumentsDocument work performed and maintain accurate recordsFollow all safety procedures, quality standards, and regulatory guidelinesMaintain a clean and organized work areaCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goalsQualificationsPrevious MRO, mechanical, electrical, or technical repair experience preferredAbility to read and follow technical manuals, diagrams, and work instructionsStrong problem‑solving skills and mechanical aptitudeComfortable working with small parts and precision toolsAbility to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasksReliable attendance and strong work ethicWhat We Offer$23/hr starting payRaise up to $24–$26/hr after 90‑day training periodFull benefits package and 401(k)Stable, full‑time scheduleOpportunities for advancement and skill developmentSupportive, team‑oriented work environmentJob Type & Location
