**Job Title: MRB Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and organized MRB Associate to join our team within the Material Review Board (MRB) area. This role is integral to our aerospace and airplane product manufacturing process, focusing on inventory and parts distribution management within our manufacturing trades. The position requires meticulous record-keeping of all tooling in the shop and a willingness to assist various departments as needed. The successful candidate will also handle the movement of large titanium pieces using a forklift, side loader, and overhead crane, ensuring accurate part distribution. **Must Haves** + 2+ years of experience as a material handler in a manufacturing environment. + Proficiency in computer inventory systems, including ERP and SAP. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Experience with moving heavy metal products and tool inspection. **Responsibilities** + Manage inventory and parts distribution within the manufacturing trades. + Maintain organized and detailed records of all tooling in the shop. + Assist various departments and adapt to changing duties as required. + Operate a forklift, side loader, and overhead crane to move large titanium pieces. + Ensure accurate tracking and distribution of parts throughout the shop. **Work Environment** The position is set in a manufacturing environment that is non-climate controlled, resulting in warm conditions during the summer. Despite an older exterior, the shop is extremely organized and clean, with everything clearly labeled. The role requires wearing steel-toed boots, jeans, a work shirt, and appropriate PPE. The day shift runs from 5:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with extended hours as necessary, and Friday from 5:00am to 1:30pm. Night shifts are also available for those interested, following a structured schedule. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, Texas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
