**About the Role**
The Moves Lead Coordinator is an integral position for the Move Delivery Team within the CBRE Microsoft Account. The position is a collaborative point of contact for the client's employees to schedule, coordinate and provide customer service within the campus. A move could be for one to thousands of employees.
The role involves managing medium-scale move projects, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with team objectives. Key responsibilities include project tracking, cost management, vendor engagement, leading move projects, effective communication, team leadership, facility walkthroughs, post-move support, managing the MS-Move email inbox, delivering customer service, supporting team members, driving continuous improvement, training new members, assisting with policy creation, and scheduling move projects.
_Hybrid to the Redmond, WA office at least 3x per week. Occasional weekend or evening work._
**What You'll Do**
+ Move Management: Manage medium project scope, schedule, and compliance with direct impact on team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams. Function as the Delivery Manager for medium program moves (>/=1500), individual moves, reset, unassigned seating, and other related move projects.
+ Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for program project tracking, project tools, and job cost. Assist the program with the implementation and monitoring of adherence to complex project administrative practices and policies.
+ Vendor Engagement: Engage with vendors to schedule, coordinate, and manage move activities. Collect, monitor, and report key performance indicators and billing accuracy, ensuring closeout completion for the advancement of Move metrics.
+ Project Creation and Management: Lead the creation of move projects within move tools, including setting up spreadsheets and presentations, work order entry, and editing content. Drive delivery requirements at a leadership level within the project delivery team.
+ Communication: Lead and manage the delivery of the RC/PC creation of communications to employees, team admins, and move partners. Respond to internal and external escalated customer inquiries about performance reports and project tracking system data. Act as the point of contact for Move team communication in internal and external syncs (DFM Sync, Ex report, B34 activity, and weekly move updates). Maintain weekly SOP notes and reporting calendars.
+ Team Leadership**: Lead the team, manage delivery, and conduct presentations to team admins about the move process and steps. Contribute to creating, formatting, and verifying reports, including but not limited to performance reports and project tracking system data.
+ Facility Walkthroughs: Conduct walkthroughs of buildings for facilities and furniture needs, identifying discrepancies in data. Examples include damage and understanding Suddath scope.
+ Post-Move Support: Create move maps, floor plans, labels, and nameplates. Run postmove help centers and assist the project team in project close-out procedures.
+ Email Management: Schedule assignments in partnership with Move Delivery Manager and provide coverage of the MS-Move email inbox by replying to emails and troubleshooting employees' needs.
+ Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service. Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives. Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in the work area without supervisory approval. Evaluate and select solutions from established options. Follow standardized procedures and practices with regular but moderate supervision and guidance.
+ Team Support: Support coworkers with the move process and be a team player. Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide the team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus and look for and implement process improvements. Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives. May establish new techniques to ensure the team meets its objectives. Impact the team through the quality of services or information provided.
+ Training: Provide training to relocation and project coordinators, now Move Coordinators. Train new administrative assistants and temporary employees on project policies and administration. Help onboard incoming teammates. Act as a 'go-to' administrator for project tracking systems and websites. Prepare project status reports for the workgroup. Train new team members on policies, administration, and governance.
+ Policy Creation: Assist with creating project policies and directives within the operations manual. Assist management in the implementation and monitoring of project practices, policies, and administration deliverables.
+ Scheduling: Move project(s) assignments and ad hoc, ancillary continuous improvement in partnership with Move Delivery Manager
+ Continuous Improvement: Drive and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and productivity through continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Move Delivery Manager Coverage: Move Delivery project and limited program coverage excluding people management.
+ Other duties as assigned: Move project(s) assignments and ad hoc, ancillary continuous improvement
**What You'll Need**
+ High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
+ Associate degree (AA/AS) and/or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
+ Minimum of one year(s) of related experience desired
+ Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.
+ Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment. Includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook.
+ Picks up on technical things quickly; can learn new skills and knowledge; is good at learning new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge, i.e. Internet technology.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum hourly rate for this position is $23.55 and the maximum hourly rate for this position is $34.00. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program.
