Moves Coordinator - Redmond, WA Job ID 225280 Posted 19-Jun-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Project Management Location(s) Redmond - Washington - United States of America, Seattle - Washington - United States of America **About the role** As a key member of the Move Delivery Team within the CBRE Microsoft Account, the Moves Coordinator coordinates move projects on the Puget Sound campus. This person must be based in the Redmond, WA area. This role involved managing small scale move projects, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with team objectives. Key responsibilities include effective communication, deliverable project management, logistics coordination, cost management, vendor engagement, teamwork, customer service, policy creation, training and continuous improvement and other assigned duties. What you’ll do + Move Management: Manage small project scope, schedule, and compliance with direct impact on team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams. Function as the Delivery Manager for small program moves (>/=500) individual moves, reset, unassigned seating, and other related small move projects. Coordinate logistics for all group moves and special projects. + Vendor Engagement: Engage with vendors to schedule, coordinate, and manage move activities. Collect, monitor, and report key performance indicators and billing accuracy, ensuring closeout completion for the advancement of Move metrics. Classified as CIBRE Confidential + Project Creation and Management: Onsite supervision & occasional direction of move partners. Create move projects within move tools, including setting up spreadsheets and presentations. Enter project information and data into project management technology tools. + Communication: Create communications to employees, team admins, and move partners. Communicate with admins as necessary. Schedule meetings and communication plans regarding projects among teams and clients. Assist with contract administration, including attending tender openings, recording results, and issuing letters of acceptance and regret. + Presentations: Conduct presentations to team admins about the move process and steps. Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks described in detail. + Reporting: Create, format, and verify reports, including reviewing and scrubbing data. + Facility Walkthroughs: Conduct walkthroughs of buildings for facilities and furniture needs, identifying discrepancies in data. + Post-Move Support: Create floor plans, labels, and nameplates. Order furniture and create work orders for resets. Run post-move help centers. + Email Management: Support the MS-Move email inbox by replying to emails and troubleshooting employees' needs. + Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service pre and post move. + Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited opportunity to exercise discretion. + Continuous Improvement: Drive and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and productivity through continuous improvement initiatives. Will provide formal scheduling and assistance such as technical guidance and or training to coworkers, et.al + Move Delivery Lead Coverage: Move Delivery project coverage excluding people management. + Other duties as assigned: Move project(s) assignments and ad hoc, ancillary continuous improvement **What you'll need** + High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience. + Microsoft Office products. Examples include WA comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required. + Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future **Preffered Qualifications** + Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or sophisticated content in a concise and logical way. + Sophisticated interpersonal skills with an inquisitive mindset. + Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $18.99 an hour and the maximum salary for this position is $30.51 an hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program.
