The Move Manager will supervise weekly churn and small/large project moves, site-to-site moves, and restacks. The Move Manage will work directly with the client site ambassadors and ensure they are working closely with the Space Planning and Occupancy Team on strategic space allocation. They will perform all tactical tasks in alignment with SLAs and excel in all customer service activities.Job Description
Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with client site ambassadors, key business partners, vendor partners, and FM Team.Manage new-hire placement, relocations, seat changes, and RTO seating demandsManage weekly small (<9) or large (>9) group movesImplement move plan in accordance with the approved occupancy planCoordinate with FM team, PDS team, and/or move vendor on installation and reconfiguration of furniture as it pertains to small and large group movesCoordinate with client project manager to ensure work is delivered within timeframe and agreed-upon scopeCoordinate pre-move-walkthroughs to ensure spaces are ready to receive occupantsKeep track of all tasks and schedules related to the moveEnsure all moves are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes and adhere to schedulesSupport change management as it pertains to changing workspace and work styleDrive to improve client awareness by providing trending analysis for MAC processSend out post-move surveys and reports on findings and identify process improvements as appropriateEvaluate and provide improvement suggestions for move processes and vendors.
