Job Description Summary

The role of the Move Manager is to assist the SPO team with the planning and implementation of relocations, logistic moves, furniture reconfigurations, and IT systems. This role is highly interactive with the client site population. A strong customer service focus and desire to provide direct assistance to the client population is required.

Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with key business partners, vendor partners, and Site Operations ManagersManage new-hire placementManage weekly small (<9) or large (>9) group movesImplement move plan in accordance with the approved occupancy planCoordinate with FM team, PDS team, and/or move vendor on installation and reconfiguration of furniture as it pertains to small and large group movesCoordinate with project manager to ensure work is delivered within timeframe and agreed-upon scopeCoordinate pre-move-walkthroughs to ensure spaces are ready to receive occupantsKeep track of all tasks, schedules, and budgets related to the moveEnsure all moves are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes and adhere to schedulesSupport change management as it pertains changing workspace and work styleDrive to improve client awareness by providing trending analysis for MAC processSend out post-move surveys and reports on findings and identify process improvements as appropriateEvaluate and provide improvement suggestions for move processes and vendors; identify ways to improve client relationships through the MAC process

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $88,400.00 - $104,000.00
