**About The Role:**
Responsible for processing documents that transfer property title from a trustee/lender back to the property owner after a mortgage is paid off, handling loan payoff verification, coordinating in preparing mortgage release documentation, UCC termination, resolving title issues, and ensuring clear, unencumbered ownership.
**What you’ll do:**
+ Assemble and help prepare the necessary documents, such as the Release of Lien once the loan is paid off.
+ Act as an intermediatory between lender, title companies, closing attorney and CBRE vendor.
+ Ensure all processes comply with legal standards, regulations, and company policies.
+ Respond to inquiries from borrowers, attorneys, title companies and other departments regarding lien release status.
+ Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or missing information in loan files.
+ Keep accurate and organized records of all processed loan releases and update internal systems and logs.
+ Preparing and handling courier packages related to lien release.
+ Additional responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2-5 years of prior experience in lien release, loan operations and/or mortgage processing.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ Familiarity with commercial loan documentation requirements and regulations.
