Our client in Exton is seeking a Mortgage Loan Servicer on a Temp to Perm basis:

Job Description

Post loan payments and update borrower account information

Maintain accurate records and ensure required documentation is complete

Respond to borrower inquiries and provide support throughout the repayment process

Monitor accounts for compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements

Assist with resolving issues related to payment discrepancies or account status

Support timely repayment by offering clear information and guidance to borrowers

Additional Requirements

Completion of high school or an equivalent credential

At least one year of experience in mortgage servicing or a related loan‑support function

Strong accuracy in reviewing and entering information

A customer‑focused approach with a willingness to support borrowers in meeting their financial obligations

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and mortgage software platforms such as Encompass or similar systems
