Mortgage Associate Executive Specialist

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Mortgage Associate Executive Specialist.


In this role, you will:

Provide administrative support to a senior executiveProvide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reportsPerform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissionsCollaborate and consult with peer admins, colleagues and managers to achieve goals and/or resolve issuesSupport and potentially lead projects and employee activitiesSupport projectsAssist with budget planning and compile statistical data for financial planningAct as information source on group and company policiesReceive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support functionCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with external customers


Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Has strong verbal and written English communications skillsPreferably has 3+ years of experience in supporting Home Lending or similar lines of businessProficient in MS Office applications, with strong expertise in MS Excel for expense tracking and reporting


Job Expectations:

Must be willing to work in US Shift schedule in McKinley, Taguig City
