As a Molding Technician, you'll bring your experience in injection molding to a team that values quality, community, and compassion. This is a chance to be more than just another number in a large facility - here, your work matters and your voice is heard What You'll Do + Set up and run injection molding machines + Troubleshoot processing issues and support continuous improvement + Complete material and color changes as needed + Assemble, inspect, and package parts at the machine + Prepare boxes, stack pallets, and operate grinders + Monitor inventory and maintain documentation for your shift + Ensure production is running efficiently and safely + Support and lead production staff as needed What We're Looking For + High School Diploma or GED (TASC) + 3 years of machine operation experience, with at least 1 year in injection molding + A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently + Willingness to be hands-on and wear multiple hats + Able to lift 50 lbs. regularly (up to 100 lbs. occasionally) + A team player who values mission over profit Why Join Us?
