Molding Engineer
Job Description Role Overview Lead molding operations for 13 presses (initial focus on 5–7 machines). This is a hands-on role with 4–6 technician direct reports, working closely with Operations and Process Engineering. Full-time onsite, bilingual Spanish & English required. Key Responsibilities • Develop and optimize injection molding processes using scientific molding principles. • Troubleshoot and improve performance for PBT, glass-filled, and insert molding applications. • Analyze molds and coordinate repairs with toolmakers. • Drive technician training and ensure adherence to standards.
