Molding Department Manager
**Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Molding Department Manager** to oversee daily operations, drive performance improvements, and ensure production goals are met. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in plastic injection molding, and a commitment to continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** + Track department KPIs and implement systems to achieve targets. + Supervise, schedule, and manage all aspects of the Molding department. + Collaborate with Process Technicians and Engineers to develop processing cycles for molding machines. + Troubleshoot molding issues using Root Cause Analysis (or similar methods) to identify and correct problems. + Attend daily production meetings and assign work based on outlined priorities. + Manage department profitability by improving first-time yield and reducing material waste. + Partner with Quality to qualify new or existing parts on new molding machines. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Availability for **1st shift (45–50 hours per week)** + Experience in the **Automotive Industry** **Experience Level** + Intermediate level (3–5+) years of relevant experience preferred) **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Lebanon, IN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $95000.00/yr. - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans to ensure employees and their families stay healthy - Life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, and disability coverage - 401(k) plans to help employees save for their future - Programs and policies to help maintain a healthy work-life balance **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Lebanon,IN. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Feb 13, 2026. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
