**Job Title: Molder Helper** **Job Description**
A Production Handler primarily works to assist in the manufacture of cement-based and gypsum-based architectural and non-architectural building products for the building and construction industry.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist in the production and handling of building materials.
+ Load and unload materials and products as needed.
+ Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools.
+ Perform general labor tasks including assembly and mechanical tasks.
+ Handle materials efficiently using pallet jacks and other equipment.
+ Assist in packing and staging cement molds for further processing.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience or knowledge working with drills and power tools.
+ Familiarity with electric-powered, air-powered, and hand tools including saws, sanders, nail guns, screw guns, and wrenches.
+ Proficiency in using a tape measure for accurate measurements.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous experience in general labor or production roles is desirable.
+ Basic understanding of construction and assembly processes.

**Work Environment**
You will work with various cements, gypsums, fiberglass, and casting materials in a hands-on production environment. The role involves using a range of tools and equipment to ensure efficient production processes. Dress appropriately for a hands-on role in a production setting.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, CA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
