**Job Overview:** We are seeking a **Molder** to join our manufacturing team in Worcester, MA. This role is essential in supporting daily molding operations using hydraulic, robotic, and manual presses. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in shaping and forming abrasive products using specialized tools and techniques. **Job Title: Molder** **Location: Worcester, MA** **Pay Range: from 20 to 25/hr based on experience** **Weekly Pay!** **Key Responsibilities:** + Mold and shape products using hydraulic, robotic, or manual presses. + Apply various molding techniques to compact mix into specified forms. + Perform minimal density testing on initial molded pieces to ensure product quality. + Use tamping guns, measuring tools, hand and power tools for accurate molding. + Distinguish between different molding materials and finishes. + Ensure adherence to all safety and quality standards. **Qualifications:** + Basic knowledge of molding materials and production methods. + Ability to perform basic quality control checks and density testing. + Familiarity with hand and power tools including tamping guns. + Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
