Mold Setter
**Job Title: Mold Setter** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Mold Setter to join our team on the 2nd shift, from 3 PM to 11:15 PM. This role involves setting molds for injection molding machines and monitoring the manufacturing process to ensure high-quality output. **Responsibilities** + Set molds for injection molding machines. + Monitor manufacturing processes, including temperature, pressure, cycle times, and flow rates, using the HMI screen of the machine. + Verify color concentrates are correct and perform color changes as required. + Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure parts meet customer specifications. **Essential Skills** + Experience in mold setting. + Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform machine adjustments. + Proficiency in operating overhead cranes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with injection molding is strongly preferred. + Consideration given to those with die setter or extensive press experience. + Ability to memorize and execute a long sequence of tasks in a short time frame. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a family-oriented and laid-back environment where your hard work is recognized with benefits such as a shift premium for 2nd shift, double time for any Sunday work, and a 4% 401K match after 60 days. You will join a team of six mold setters on the 2nd shift, with a total workforce of 400 employees. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Leitchfield, Kentucky. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $58240.00/yr.
