Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Mold Setter to join our team. This position involves setting and pulling molds according to blueprints, ensuring the smooth operation of our injection molding process. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and eager to learn and develop skills in a supportive and friendly environment.
ResponsibilitiesSet and pull molds according to blueprints.Hook up all water, air, electric, and hydraulic connections.Clean and hook up all required auxiliary equipment.Load programs into the machine.Maintain tags on incoming and outgoing molds.Complete all necessary paperwork.Perform material changes as needed.Evaluate equipment condition and write maintenance work orders for repairs.Essential SkillsExperience with mold setup and injection molding.Mechanical aptitude.Machine operation skills.Ability to understand basic shop math.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to lift up to 55lbs.Ability to stand and work on feet for the duration of the shift.Previous mold setting experience preferred.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
First shift hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. The work environment is clean, not noisy, and small. Steel toe shoes and ear plugs are required for safety.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CANTON, Ohio.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
