Job Title: Mold Set-Up TechnicianJob Description

As a Mold Set-Up Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of complex multi-cavity molds with various types of hot runner systems. You will analyze mold conditions for preventative maintenance by utilizing check sheets, QA reports, pull shots, and visual inspections. Additionally, you will operate machine tools to fabricate and repair mold components, fixtures, and gauges.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing facility with various shifts available. Most roles will be on the 3rd shift. Shift differentials include $1.00 for 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts. Shift times are as follows: 1st Shift: 7a-3p or 7:30a-3:30p, 2nd Shift: 3p-11p or 3:30p-11:30p, 3rd Shift: 11p-7a or 11:30p-7:30a. There may be a pass-down time, requiring a start time 6-12 minutes earlier.
