We are seeking a talented Model Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) to join our team in Dayton, OH. This role involves working across multiple programs at varying stages of the product acquisition life cycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in building system models, establishing digital engineering workflows, and developing tools to support the generation of systems engineering artifacts. The ability to work independently and possess effective writing and verbal communication skills are essential.
ResponsibilitiesSupport multiple projects and work cross-functionally with the sensor group.Build and maintain system models and establish digital engineering workflows.Develop tools to generate systems engineering artifacts.Work independently and effectively communicate both in writing and verbally.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, Systems Engineering, or related field.2+ years of related experience.Detailed knowledge of Systems Modeling Language (SysML).Experience using Cameo or other system modeling tools like MagicDraw.Experience with requirements management and system modeling.Knowledge of Open Architecture standards such as SOSA and WOSA.Strong analytical skills and ability to work both individually and with teams.Must be able to obtain and maintain clearance.Additional Skills & QualificationsPreferred clearance: Secret, able to secure TS/SCI.Experience with SOSA is preferred due to contract requirements.SysML 2.0 experience is a plus.Experience with systems requirements is advantageous.Familiarity with integrating external analysis tools into a systems model, such as ReliaSoft, reliability tools, CAD, and SolidWorks.Work EnvironmentThe position is based in an office environment in Dayton, Ohio. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $82000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
