As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. You will manage the end-to-end mobility process for employees relocating to and from various global locations. You will be a key point of contact for assignees, HR partners, and external vendors, ensuring a seamless and compliant relocation experience. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Case Management:** + Manage a portfolio of international assignments, providing guidance and support to assignees throughout the assignment lifecycle (initiation, relocation, on-assignment support, repatriation). + Act as the primary point of contact for assignees, addressing inquiries related to relocation, immigration, compensation and benefits. + Collaborate with People Leads and other stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment with the global mobility program. + **Vendor Management:** + Liaise with external vendors (relocation management companies, immigration providers, tax advisors) to coordinate services and ensure quality delivery. + Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and escalate issues as needed. + **Policy & Compliance:** + Administer the global mobility policy, ensuring consistent application and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. + Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with international assignments. + **Program Administration:** + Prepare assignment documentation, including assignment letters, cost projections, and repatriation agreements. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date assignee records in the global mobility system. + Support the development and implementation of process improvements and program enhancements. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + Minimum 3-4 years of experience in global mobility + Experience working with relocation management companies, immigration providers, and tax advisors. + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Experience with global mobility software (e.g., assignment pro) is a plus. **Skills:** + Global Mobility Expertise + Vendor Management + Policy Administration + Communication and Interpersonal Skills + Problem-Solving + Project Management + Attention to Detail + Cultural Sensitivity **Personal Attributes:** + Highly organized and detail-oriented + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment + Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service **¿Soporte de reubicación disponible?** No se cubrirán los costes de la reubicación **Resumen de la Unidad de Negocio** **Nuestra región de América Latina está compuesta por cuatro unidades comerciales de Mondelēz International: Brasil, México, el Cono Sur (que incluye Argentina, Uruguay y Paraguay) y WACAM (que incluye 12 países sudamericanos y el territorio estadounidense de Puerto Rico); y un mercado independiente: Venezuela.
