The compensation for the position is: $25.50 - $30.00
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systemsDiagnose mechanical issues and repair or replace defective componentsRespond to emergency requests on an as needed basisRespond promptly to maintenance requests and document work performedMaintain a professional, safe and clean work environmentComply with all C&W Services and OSHA safety policies and regulationsPerforms other duties as assigned by direct supervisor and assisting other tradesmenTracking and reconciling all work orders along with parts used immediately via a PDA systemMaintain company van, parts and tool inventoryQualifications
High school diploma or technical school certificationMinimum 3-5 years’ experience in commercial/retail facility maintenanceMust hold a current state issued driver’s license and record in good standingProficiency with hand and power toolsStrong understanding of safety procedures and regulationsExcellent communication and troubleshooting skillsWorking Conditions and Physical Requirements
Comfortable working in various environments (indoor/outdoor, heights, confined spaces)Ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds dailyMust be able to climb ladders and work at elevated heights and on roof tops.Standing, walking, bending, and climbing for extended periods of timeRequires travel between locations, using a company vehicleWork Schedule
