**About the role**
Join CBRE's world-class team as a Mobile Maintenance Technician! Located in the heart of Manhattan, you will support a major telecommunications client by ensuring their facilities operate flawlessly. We provide everything you need to succeed, including a vehicle, tools, and uniforms.
**What you’ll do**
+ Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective repair of equipment, buildings, and grounds.
+ Conduct inspections and assessments to determine maintenance needs and implement solutions.
+ Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems to ensure efficient performance.
+ Respond promptly to service requests and complete tasks efficiently to meet client standards.
+ Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
+ Collaborate with team members and clients to achieve outstanding service delivery.
+ Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies.
+ Provide support for emergency situations and on-call duties as needed.
**What you’ll need**
+ High school diploma or equivalent experience; technical school training is a plus.
+ Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
+ Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
+ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
+ Strong communication skills and a dedication to delivering world-class service.
