**Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Mobile Maintenance Technician will operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities to achieve the most efficient operating results and maximize life expectancy. This role ensures that equipment is maintained in an energy-efficient and safe manner, minimizing downtime by anticipating necessary repairs while keeping records of past operating experiences. The technician will also perform inspections and repairs on both the interior and exterior areas of assigned properties, including walls, flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, and lighting. **Responsibilities** + Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units. + Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions. + Conduct building maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and general repairs. + Respond to service calls and emergencies promptly, providing excellent customer service. + Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, boiler, and facility services. + Strong troubleshooting skills. + Experience in carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems. + Capability to diagnose and repair HVAC system issues effectively. + Competence in conducting plumbing, electrical, and general repairs. + Excellent customer service skills in responding to service calls and emergencies. **Work Environment** The position involves traveling to client sites within a 1.5-hour radius of Harrisburg. The technician is on call 24/7 to respond to client needs but is primarily required to set up appointments for Mondays if contacted over the weekend.
